Personal Training: Comprehensive 1 hour session that will exercise the whole body and incorporate specific exercises to any problem areas. Ergonomics (Worksite Evaluation): Includes evaluation of your worksite and written report with recommendations for correcting problem areas, for exercises, and for any equipment needs. Post-Rehab Maintenance Programs: Includes monitoring of your exercise program and modifying the routine as needed. Injury Prevention Training/Programs: We provide seminars and classes discussing various topics from body mechanics and posture to exercises for injury prevention for office managers, employees, and patients.
